Summer is supposed to be a happy time. But, I can't help but be in my feelings about the state of America and its lack of progress since the 60's. Why is it that Malcom X said the exact same thing about police that is still happening today?
What are we doing wrong as a nation that ALL human life is NOT valued the same?
We are going into 2019 and the same issues that our ancestors had to deal with is still alive!?

Today there are more and more young people falling in love. As adults, we call it puppy love. As a teen, they call it their life. When teens decide to date, they should be equipped with the tools that come along with it. It saddens my heart to know how many kids have been and are currently affected by bullying. Some have done things I could not imagine doing at that age because they were forced.  And now that bullying is becoming all so real to me, I can't sit back and request change, without hitting the pavement to bring about change.
